How we record changes
Each entry on this page describes a real change to the site, written in language that a non-technical reader can follow. We try to avoid two failure modes that changelogs commonly fall into. The first is the marketing changelog, where every entry is "improved your experience" without describing what actually changed. The second is the raw commit log, which is honest but unreadable. The format here sits between the two.
What counts as a meaningful change
- A new page published.
- A page rewritten or restructured in a way that changes what a reader will take from it.
- A safety note added, sharpened, or corrected.
- A definition added or rewritten on the glossary.
- A correction of a factual error.
What we do not log
- Typo fixes that do not change meaning.
- Layout and styling refinements that do not change the content.
- Internal tooling changes that have no reader-facing effect.
Why this page exists
A small educational site benefits from a visible history. It tells readers we are still here, it gives teachers and students a stable record they can cite, and it forces us to write down the changes that matter rather than quietly altering pages.
